Hospitality runs in our blood. From our grandparents’ bar in a small Italian town to our parents’ restaurants in Melbourne’s CBD, we grew up in the thick of it. School holidays weren’t spent at the beach - they were spent serving drinks, making coffee, polishing cutlery, clearing tables, and watching how a real hospitality business runs.
Over the years, we’ve owned and operated our own venues, tasted success, and copped some hard lessons along the way. Those lessons cost us more than any degree, but they taught us what no classroom ever could: the do’s, the don’ts, and everything in between.
Through it all, we’ve learned that there are no failures, only lessons. Every step, every setback, and every win has brought us here. Schooled By Hardnox is built on that foundation - real-world experience, not theory.
